The one time they didn't quite tighten something enough and it came loose due to bumps in the road and started making noise, they fixed it no charge. And - if there is an issue that the team thinks needs looked at by another repair agent (like the dealer), they will help prepare the info to share with this other repair agent so they can be efficient in assisting with the needs of the client. Basic service (i.e. Oil Change & Tire Rotation / tire repair / check ups) are probably the best that I have seen in all of Bowling Green and the surrounding area.
